My name is Wendy Hanson, and I have successfully been selling Real Estate with     
Edina Realty since 2003.  I am a full-time sales agent, and a member of
Edina Realty's Leadership Circle. 

Honesty, Integrity, and Excellence are a few words that describe my work ethic.

Prior to selling Real Estate, I was the General Manager at the Twin Cities International Airport, managing 17 gift shops for HMS Host, with sales volume exceeding 22 million dollars.  I lead 16 managers, 125+ employees, and worked with the Union and Minneapolis Airport Commission.  During my 16 years of management, I mastered my skills in communication, networking and negotiating.  The experience I gained in my prior career allows me to consult and better position my clients in their real estate transactions.
 
When selling real estate for my clients, I bring knowledge of the market, give advice on how to prepare your home for sale, negotiate the sale and monitor the transactional details to ensure a successful closing.

As a buyer purchasing a future home, I assist in the location and showings of homes to consider, represent you in writing the Purchase Agreement in the most
positive terms, negotiate the contract,
and coordinate all inspections, appraisals, title work, and closing.

The last 5 years have been very fulfilling in helping my clients (many family, friends, and acquaintances) in achieving their goals.  I've also had the opportunity to receive referrals from these past clients.  Throughout these years, I can honestly say that clients have turned into good friends.  I look forward to assisting others in achieving their goals and widening my circle of friends.
